What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for delivery is $100.00.
What price can I resell the product?
All product delivered for resale is labeled on the package with the suggested retail price and unit price. Suggested retail prices vary by individual stock keeping unit (SKU). The retailer, at its discretion, can resell the product for any price, although the wholesale price offered by Entenmann’s will remain the same.
Can I order any SKU / variety of Entenmann's product?
Due to operational complexities and limited volume requirements, not every SKU / variety of Entenmann’s product will be available for order through the Entenmann’s Direct service. The Company will maintain a comprehensive catalog of products, covering all major categories, available for order that will be updated on seasonal basis. Entenmann’s is committed to making available as many top sellers, icon products, “Old Favorites”, holiday items and new products as possible.
How long can I keep product on the shelf?
The retail customer is required to monitor the product codes (shelf life) of each SKU offered for sale. Product codes typically extend 7 to 10 days on average depending on item. Each individual box or package of Entenmann’s product will have a “Sell by” date listed on the box or wrapper. Under no circumstances shall a retailer make available for sale product that has an expired “Sell by” date. It is the responsibility of the retailer to continually check the code date on all product. If product is over code, the retailer must remove it from store shelves. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in the discontinuation of service to this retailer.
Can I return a product for credit?
All sales are final and “one-way.” Entenmann’s is not financially liable for product that fails to sell by the expiration date listed on either the box or wrapper. The retailer assumes economic liability for all expired product.
Can I return a product if it's damaged?
All sales are final and one-way. At the time of delivery, the retailer has the right to inspect the product sold by the Entenmann’s Route Sales Representative. If the retailer does not believe the product is of sufficient product quality, or contains sufficient shelf life, the retailer has the right to delete this product from the order free of charge. Once the product has been accepted and cash consideration has been exchanged, Entenmann’s no longer has responsibility for the product. All damages occurring after this point in time are the responsibility of the retailer.
Can I purchase products for my own consumption?
All product sold is intended for resale only. Entenmann’s reserves the right to deny initial delivery or future deliveries if it believes this condition is being violated.
When will I receive my order?
All product will be delivered to retailer stores on the Wednesday of the week after an order is placed. The Entenmann’s week begins on Monday. Any order placed before the end of Sunday will be delivered on the next upcoming Wednesday. The following timetable should help demonstrate our delivery schedule more clearly:

In addition, Entenmann’s reserves the right to deliver orders on other week days besides Wednesday. A change in schedule must be agreed upon by the retail customer submitting the order. An Entenmann’s Sales Representatives will contact the customer directly to arrange a change in delivery schedule.
What if the product I ordered is not available?
If product ordered is unavailable, Entenmann’s, at its discretion, will add additional items of the same price point and product category to the order to make up for the shortfall. Entenmann’s will simply try to fulfill the customer’s general product needs by making available and suggesting alternative products in response to the unavailability of certain items originally ordered. The customer is not obligated to accept these modifications, in which case the added product will be removed from the invoice. If, however, unavailable product reduces the order below the minimum sales level, Entenmann’s reserves the right to cancel delivery. In the event that this occurs, the Company will notify the retail customer directly and inquire about the possibility to modify the original order in an effort to preserve the scheduled delivery.
How do I pay for my order and what type of payment methods are accepted?
All orders delivered will be a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) process. The Entenmann’s Route Sales Representative will collect cash payment at the time of delivery as the accepted form of consideration. Depending on the frequency and volume of a retailer’s business with Entenmann’s, trade credit programs may be made available subject to a formal credit review conducted by the Company. Please ask your Entenmann’s Route Sales Representative for more information regarding these payment arrangements.
