How It Works
Entenmann's Direct is our new, innovative order and delivery system designed to better meet the service needs of our smaller, independent retail customers. This service utilizes the power of the Internet to enable store owners more control over the quantity and selection of products ordered and the frequency and timing of direct store deliveries.
Key highlights and features include:
  • Easy-to-use storefront to browse products and place orders through an online shopping cart.

  • Automatic e-mail confirmation for orders placed. E-mail confirmations include an electronic invoice.

  • Direct store delivery for all completed orders.

  • Expansive menu of Entenmann's top sellers, icon products, "Old Favorites", holiday items and new products available for resale.
Retail customers simply visit the Entenmann's Direct website at www.entenmansdirect.com. Register to create an online account for your store. Once you've created an account, you can log-in to browse the online storefront, choose products and quantities, and then proceed to checkout to review, finalize and submit your order. Entenmann's Direct will process your order and arrange for a local Entenmann's route sales representative to deliver the product right to your store. It's that easy!!!

  • Payment - All orders will be delivered Cash-On-Delivery (COD).

  • Delivery - All orders will be delivered to retail stores on the Wednesday of the week after an order is placed. The Entenmann's week begins on Monday.

  • Minimum Order - The minimum order is $100.00.

  • Returns / Credits - All sales are "one-way." Entenmann's will not accept returns and will not issue credit (except for damaged product identified at the time of delivery) for product that is not sold by the expiration date listed on either the box or wrapper.

  • Merchandising - All deliveries are "drop" only by an Entenmann's route sales representative. The retail customer is responsible for merchandising the product on store display fixtures.
