 The Entenmann's RSR will only "drop" deliver the product and collect payment. It is your responsibility to merchandise the product on store display fixtures. Depending on the frequency and volume of business conducted, Entenmann's may provide display racks, stands or tables, free of charge to the retailer.
You are required to monitor the product codes (shelf life) of each product offered for sale. Product codes typically extend 7 to 10 days on average depending on item. Each individual box or package of Entenmann's product will have a "Sell by" date listed on the box or wrapper. Under no circumstances shall you make available for sale, a product that has an expired "Sell by" date. It is your responsibility to check the code date on all product. If product is over code, you must remove it from store shelves. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the discontinuation of service to your store.
All products delivered for resale are labeled on the package with the suggested retail price and unit price. Suggested retail prices vary by individual stock keeping unit (SKU). At your discretion, you can resell the product for any price, although the wholesale price offered by Entenmann's will remain the same.
